Landing on the Back is one of the first and most common trampoline tricks that any bouncer can master. On the trampoline, stand motionless with your arms at your sides or even in your front pockets. Hold your body straight and your head up as you fall back onto the trampoline. Allow your head to naturally touch the trampoline when your back hits it; don't jerk or twist it. You'll bounce back up, and you can repeat the process until you've reached a decent rebounding height. The more you practice this trick, the more you'll be able to bounce higher!

If you've mastered the simple Back Landing trick, try this intermediate trampoline trick. Begin in the same manner, with arms at your sides or hands in your pockets, standing straight and motionless. Fall straight down, but instead of landing on your feet, land on your knees! You can repeat the trick as many times as you like because the motion will keep sending you back and forth.

Somersaults and flips are examples of advanced trampoline tricks. You can do one of these backward or forwards, but you should be very familiar with your bouncing skills before trying one. If you've mastered the flip, you can spice it up by adding a twist.

Before you try any trick, make sure that everybody, including yourself, is safe. Do remember to take a look around to see how much room you have. You'll certainly want to stop colliding with any other trampoline users. Warm-up first with some quick bounces to avoid any mishaps, then while you're running, try to keep your head and neck in a natural position. You won't injure yourself this way.
